- Electrical Clearance drawings and tower line diagrams.
- Tower Development, Detailed Structural Drawingsand Fabrication Drawings.
- Structural Analysis of towers.
- Calculation of Foundation Loads.
- Foundation Designs - Pad and Chimney, Rock Anchor, Raft and Piled foundations.
- Analyse existing structures, even without reviewing its original design, to propose retrofitting to upgrade its capacity.
- Design of structures to cater for Live Line maintenance.
At our manufacturing works in Batu Gajah, Perak Malaysia, we can fabricate structures for the following applications:
- EHV Tarnsmission Lines for voltages upto 500kv, which is our main focus.
- Structures for substation equipment such as Circuit Breakers, Surge Arresters, Potential Transformers, Current Transformers, Isolators, Busbar supports etc.
- Microwave towers for any height and configuration, including 3 legged and 4 legged structues.
Our numerous manual stations support a CNC line in order to ensure that timely production and prompt delivery. These stations are manned by skilled and experienced staff to ensure minimal errors during the production process.
We have the facilities to undertake fabrication on angles, plates, channels and hollow sections. Our towers are supplied inclusive of stubs, bolts & nuts, washers and anti-climbing devices, providing a one stop for the customers needs.
Hardware and Accessories
The other key focus area of IACEM is the transmission line hardware and accessories. At IACEM, we are able to offer design, engineering and fabrication services for this range of products as follows:
- Design and General Arrangement drawings.
- Component Design
- Fabrication Drawings
- Modifications to design to incorporate latest Bare Hand and Hot Stick Live Line Maintenance procedures.
Our range of products includes transmission line hardware and accessories for insulators, line conductors of all types, Earthwires, Optical Ground Wires (OPGW) and All Dielectric Self Supporting (ADSS) Fiber Optic Cables.
